Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, particularly within Telecom Service Management environments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to TSM, TSOM, CMDB, CSDM, Integration Hub, and enterprise-level integrations.
This role requires strategic architecture leadership, hands-on integration expertise, and deep understanding of telecom service frameworks such as TAM & SID.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Lead architecture design for ServiceNow solutions with focus on TSM & TSOM modules.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Design service management solutions covering Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case, and Service Catalog Management.
- Develop technical roadmaps, automation strategies, and performance optimization plans.
Integration & Data Strategy
- Define and implement enterprise integration strategies with ERPs, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Kafka, ODBC, LDAP, SSL, etc.
- Lead data synchronization strategies ensuring data integrity and real-time updates.
- Implement Integration Hub and complex workflow automation.
Platform & Development Expertise
- Strong hands-on scripting expertise (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
- Experience with domain separation and relational databases.
- Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow licensing, platform constraints, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Built-On-Now custom applications.
- Contribute to practice development and intellectual property (IP) initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years overall experience in IT
- Strong experience in:
- TSM (or ITSM Incident/Change/Problem)
- TSOM (or ITOM)
- CSM
- CMDB & CSDM
- Integration expertise using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MID Server
- ServiceNow architecture & security design experience
- Telecom domain knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow data models & structures
Good to Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (module-specific)
- Experience designing TM Forum APIs
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI offerings
- Knowledge of TAM & SID frameworks
- Understanding of Telecom services such as Voice, Broadband, VPN (Wired/Wireless)
