Job Description

Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Service Now development tools, including App engine Studio, Scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

  • Proficiency in Service Now portal development tools including service portal, Widgets ,client/server side scripting, AngularJS, HTML,CSS
  • Hands on experience in Configuring Service Now workflows, forms, fields, and business rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers.
  • Experience with managing upgrades, performing required tests and assessing the impact.
  • Experience with Service Now modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum) is preferred.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolve issues, and address change requests in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of IRM would be an added advantage
  • Service Now certifications would be good.
