- Proven experience (Min 4 months) in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including the SPM module, to meet the requirements.
- Portfolio Management: Design and develop portfolio management solutions, including project and resource management, demand management, and financial planning.
- Custom Applications: Develop custom applications and modules within ServiceNow to address unique SPM requirements.
- Automation: Implement workflow automation and business rules to optimize strategic portfolio management processes.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management (CIS-ITBM) / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is advantageous.
