ServiceNow SPM Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SPM modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM (PPM/APM) solutions
• Define roadmaps, governance models, and best practices for SPM implementations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align portfolio, program, and project management with organizational strategy
• Design and configure modules such as:
• Demand Management
• Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Agile Development (optional)
• Drive end-to-end solution architecture, including integrations with other enterprise systems
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demos
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning and estimations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow SPM
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• SPM / PPM / APM modules
• ServiceNow platform architecture
• Workflow design and automation
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills
• Experience in enterprise-scale implementations

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional)

Good to Have

• Experience with ITBM to SPM migration
• Knowledge of CSDM framework
• Exposure to financial planning and resource management modules
• Experience in multi-instance architecture and governance
