Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SPM modules, strong architectural skills, and the ability to align business strategy with technology execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions
- Define scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand portfolio, demand, and project management requirements
- Implement and configure SPM modules such as:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Agile Development
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning
- Drive integration with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, SAP, Azure DevOps)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
- Conduct solution reviews, performance optimization, and platform health checks
- Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules
- Proficiency in:
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Knowledge of portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile frameworks
