Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM/PPM, stakeholder management, solution architecture, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions covering:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Governance
- Agile/Hybrid Delivery Models
- Define solution architecture, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to drive portfolio prioritization and investment planning.
- Lead SPM implementation programs and ensure successful delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Design integrations with SAP, Oracle Finance, Jira, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop portfolio governance models, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Support transition to managed services and operational support models.
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM implementations.
- Expertise in:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning
- Performance Analytics & Dashboards
- Strong knowledge of:
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- REST/SOAP APIs
- MID Server
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Experience working with large enterprise transformation programs.
Preferred
- ServiceNow SPM Certifications.
- Experience in System Integrator (SI)
- Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
