Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Investment Funding
Financial Planning / Financial Management
Resource Management
CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA) / Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and solution-design experience
ServiceNow integrations and data-model understanding
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management experience

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solution architecture and design
Design portfolio hierarchy, investment and funding models, financial structures and SPM data models
Lead SPM architecture/design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Define SPM solution patterns aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Guide development, integration and data-migration teams
Review technical designs and ensure alignment across SPM, EA/APM and CSDM
Identify opportunities to use OOB ServiceNow capabilities instead of unnecessary customization
Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants
Support architecture governance, design reviews and implementation decisions

Preferred Certifications

CIS-SPM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management)
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
CTA/CMA or other relevant ServiceNow architecture certifications are preferred
