Job Description
Must have skills
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and components.
- ITSM module expertise is required
- Scripting skills JavaScript (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.) are needed
- Form design, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflow and Flow Designer skills required
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Roles, ACLs, and Data Policies
- ITIL concepts and best practices for ITSM processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build/modify forms, fields, UI policies, UI actions, business rules.
- Implement SLAs (definitions, conditions, pause/resume, workflows).
- Service Catalog design
- Create Catalog Items, Record Producers, Catalog UI Policies, Client Scripts.
- Implement flows/sub flows for approvals, notifications, tasking, and escalations.
- Use Integration Hub spokes where applicable.
- Build event-driven notifications, email templates, and inbound actions.
