A ServiceNow Solution Architect orchestrates platform solutions aligning with business needs guiding technical teams and ensuring scalable effective enterprise integrations
Ideal Experience Ideal experience includes extensive ServiceNow platform knowledge systems integration process optimization and proven ability in leading enterprise level IT projects

Key Responsibilities

Designing and developing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Analyzing business requirements to architect effective solutions that enhance functionality and performance
Leading and mentoring technical teams in solution development and implementation
Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and ensuring seamless data flow
Overseeing and managing customization of the platform while maintaining best practices
Conducting system and solution testing to ensure stability and efficiency
Providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities to support strategic decisions
Ensuring the technical viability of new deployments and continuous improvement of existing solutions
