Position Overview
This role requires 10–13 years of platform experience (with 9+ years in architecture and design) to lead enterprise service transformations primarily centered on ITSM and HRSD. The position demands end-to-end responsibility for translating complex business requirements into scalable platform roadmaps, designing secure enterprise integrations, and leading multi-instance upgrades while setting strict governance and development standards for engineering teams. Candidates must bring proven technical leadership, deep hands-on implementation expertise across both modules, and core certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-HRSD), with advanced credentials like CTA serving as a strong differentiator.
Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business goals, performance requirements, security requirements, and integration needs.
- 2. Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and other workflow solutions.
- 3. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess current-state processes and tools, define solution requirements, and develop implementation plans.
- 4. Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators while enforcing governance standards, development practices, and platform security protocols.
- 5. Conduct platform health checks, monitor performance, support upgrades and feature adoption, and implement improvements aligned with security, privacy, and data management requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Required:
- 1. 10-13 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 9+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
- 2. Experience implementing ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and custom applications
- 3. Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations
- 4. Experience leading complex platform upgrades and supporting multi-instance environments
- 5. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
- 6. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
- Preferred:
- 1. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- 2. ServiceNow certification in scoped applications
- 3. Experience defining platform governance standards and development practices
- 4. Experience leading ServiceNow developers and administrators
