5.Key Responsibilities -

• Lead the design and architecture of strategic solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements of our organization and our clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow, focusing on areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization and our clients.

6.Skills Required -

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly).
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
