Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in
ITOM, ITSM, and Cloud Management modules. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing IT operations solutions, automating workflows, and enhancing infrastructure visibility and performance across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
- Event Management
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Cloud Management
- Orchestration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for IT operations automation and optimization.
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations to automate IT operations and monitoring.
- Configure and maintain service maps, event rules, monitoring tools, and integrations with external monitoring systems.
- Lead the development of custom ServiceNow enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual operational effort.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to ITOM implementations and integrations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all configurations, custom developments, and integrations.
- Work closely with ITSM, Cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless end-to-end IT operations.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and best practices and apply them to ongoing projects.
Mandatory Skills & Certifications
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (mandatory)
- ServiceNow CIS Certification (ITSM & ITOM mandatory)
- Senior-level experience in ServiceNow Development
- Experience with Cloud Management within ServiceNow
