Hiring: ServiceNow Senior Developer (Senior Associate)
Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore
We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join one of the world's largest consulting firm, supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM. This position can be based out in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and client requirements
- Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Build workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and platform automation
- Perform custom development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
- Work within Agile delivery teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience minimum: 5 years
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across one or more modules
- Strong JavaScript and web services (REST/SOAP) knowledge
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Confident communicator with a consultative, problem-solving mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- At least one ServiceNow certification: CSA, CAD, or CIS
