We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow Security Operations modules to strengthen the enterprise security posture.
Location: Mumbai, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage ServiceNow SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance).
- Integrate SecOps with external security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat feeds).
- Automate workflows for incident triage, vulnerability prioritization, and remediation.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure effective response to threats and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with security tools (Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, etc.) and integrations.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
