Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, configuration, integration, and development, along with the ability to design robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ServiceNow SAM modules to optimize software asset lifecycle
- Design and develop solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow development and SAM processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM module and related processes
- Proven experience in implementation, customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow
- Expertise in designing solutions including UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
- CAD and CIS certifications are mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITSM module
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration pattern
