Job Description:

• Required Skills Experience
• Strong experience 4 years in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Handson experience in any one or more of the following modules
• HAM Hardware Asset Management
• SAM Software Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Jelly RESTSOAP integrations workflows and UI policies
• Knowledge of ITSM ITOM and IT asset management concepts
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes
• Ability to work in AgileScrum teams
• Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
