We are seeking a ServiceNow SAM/HAM Developer to design, configure, and maintain asset management solutions within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. This role involves building workflows, integrating systems, and ensuring compliance across software and hardware assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAM/HAM modules in ServiceNow.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies for asset lifecycle management.
- Integrate asset management with procurement, CMDB, and discovery tools.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and hardware inventory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and documentation.
Required Experience : 6yrs to 12yrs
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM/HAM or similar ITAM tools.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB, and asset lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience with Discovery tools, REST/SOAP integrations, and data imports.
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM/HAM.
- Experience with automation, reporting, dashboards, and cloud asset management (AWS/Azure).
