Job Summary

Seeking a ServiceNow SAM Professional with hands-on experience in implementing,

configuring, and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. The role focuses on software

license compliance, software asset lifecycle management, optimization, reconciliation, and

integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro modules.

Manage software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, and license positions.

Perform software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance

activities.

Conduct software license audits and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.

Identify software optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

Develop dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.

Integrate ServiceNow SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, CMDB, ITSM, and

other enterprise tools.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT Operations

teams.
