ServiceNow Developer – SAM Pro & Integration Specialist

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) configuration and administration.
• Expertise in software models, entitlements, license metrics, reconciliation, and Effective License Position (ELP).
• Experience integrating SAM Pro with OEM/vendor platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and Adobe using APIs and connectors.
• Integration experience with ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, and Tanium.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and HR system integrations for automated provisioning and license reclamation.
• Experience in software normalization, entitlement synchronization, compliance reporting, and license optimization.
• Ability to develop dashboards, automate data imports, and improve software asset management processes.
