Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for testing and validating ServiceNow applications and enhancements to ensure quality, stability, and compliance with business requirements. Support end-to-end QA activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user support across ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow applications and enhancements.

Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and other QA documentation.

Execute ATF scripts and ensure quality validation for ServiceNow workflows and configurations.

Log, track, and manage defects through closure while coordinating with development teams.

Provide support for testing ServiceNow modules including GRC, ITSM, and related areas.

Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirement :

Minimum 4.5 to 5 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow testing.

Strong experience in ServiceNow testing and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Experience in preparing test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.

Good experience in logging, tracking, and managing defects using defect management tools.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in GRC testing is preferred.
