Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) for efficient testing processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Conduct API testing and automation using tools such as Postman and Selenium.
- Implement best practices in testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in testing processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow application testing
- Proficiency with Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation using Postman, Selenium, or Robot Framework
- Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) design patterns for automation frameworks
- Ability to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot defects
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional development teams
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous testing pipelines is a plus
- Strong communication skills to provide feedback and suggest improvements in testing processes
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
