Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of applications built on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing ServiceNow modules, including Change Management, and a good blend of manual and automation testing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for ServiceNow applications
• Validate modules including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Work on ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for automation
• Validate workflows, approvals, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman
• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira
• Support UAT, release validation, and production deployments
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
