About the Job:

  • Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
  • Skills : ServiceNow multi-modules Implementation, BRD, Agile - Scrum, Project Planning, PMP
  • Experience Required : 10+ Years
  • Location: Chennai, Pune, Indore
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred - 15 days preferred

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Own full project lifecycle: requirement gathering design development deployment support
  • Drive business workshops and convert requirements into detailed BRDs and functional documents
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource planning
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and clients
  • Ensure adherence to PMP-based project governance and delivery standards
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation handling effectively
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams for scalable solution design
  • Ensure quality delivery, compliance, and SLA adherence
  • Drive user adoption, change management, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with significant experience in ServiceNow project delivery
  • Proven track record in multi-module ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong experience in BRD creation, requirement analysis, and stakeholder discussions
  • Hands-on exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Expertise in Project Planning, Estimation, and Delivery Management
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification (highly preferred)
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM/CSM/HRSD, etc.)
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level or global ServiceNow programs
  • Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD in ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus
