Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules
  • Manage large-scale implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, quality benchmarks, and service management frameworks
  • Drive ITIL-based service management improvements and process optimization
  • Oversee program planning, execution, risk management, and escalation handling
  • Manage stakeholder communication across business, technical, and executive teams
  • Ensure delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
  • Support presales activities including RFP responses, estimations, and SOW creation (where required)
