ServiceNow Integration & Workflow Engineer to own the platforms process automation and synchronization layer - responsible for designing and delivering robust workflows,

managing multi-system synchronization, and owning file-based import/ export automation while preparing the platform for a future CodeBeamer APIbased integration.

ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules and CMDB architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB data governance, with the ability to align technical solutions to enterprise IT infrastructure needs.

Sr ServiceNow Solution Engineer / Lead Developer to own and deliver a scalable ServiceNow application built on an existing custom data model. This role requires a strong hands-on technical lead who can design and implement Workspace experiences, interactive dashboards, drilldowns, and AI-powered summaries, while ensuring longterm platform stability and performance.
