Role Overview
Technozis is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to build and scale our ServiceNow practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue through Time & Material (T&M) services, establish a strong ServiceNow delivery team, and gradually position the organization to deliver full-scale ServiceNow implementation projects.
The role requires a combination of sales capability, technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. The Practice Lead will work closely with leadership to build capabilities, create governance frameworks, and expand ServiceNow offerings across multiple clients and markets, with a long-term vision of global expansion. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Manager / Associate Manager / Lead Consultant who wants to take the next step in shaping a ServiceNow capability.
Responsibilities
1.ServiceNow Practice Leadership
- Build and lead the ServiceNow practice within the organization.
- Define the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for ServiceNow services.
- Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Build capabilities around Recruitment, T&M services, and project implementation.
2.Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive T&M business opportunities for ServiceNow services.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and ServiceNow stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow offerings.
- Position Technozis as a trusted ServiceNow services partner.
3.Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions and architectures.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple modules including: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD / CSM, CMDB, IRM / GRC, App Engine & S2P
4.Client Engagement & Consulting
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges.
- Offer T&M services as an entry strategy while building in-house capabilities.
- Support pre-sales, solution design, and technical proposals.
- Develop case studies and success stories.
5.Team Building & Mentoring
- Build and mentor a high-performing ServiceNow team.
- Recruit architects, developers, and consultants.
- Drive certifications and capability development.
6.Delivery & Project Oversight
- Ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow T&M engagements.
- Gradually build capability to deliver full ServiceNow implementations.
- Manage delivery risks, timelines, and project dependencies.

- Strong understanding of:

- JavaScript & Glide APIs
- Integration frameworks (REST / SOAP)

- Experience managing and mentoring ServiceNow delivery teams

- Has 58 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Is currently working as Manager / Associate Manager / Lead Consultant / Delivery Lead
- Has experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects
- Has worked directly with enterprise clients
- Has exposure to practice development or capability building
- Has an entrepreneurial and ownership-driven mindset
- Is comfortable working in a fast-growing, high-impact environment
