Develop and customize ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
Work on UI/UX enhancements for ServiceNow applications and portals.
Perform portal scripting in Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design.
Create and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes).
Work with ServiceNow APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.).
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, and Virtual Agent.
Skills Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience in a multi-tier enterprise environment.
Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, and AngularJS.
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design principles.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and willing to share knowledge with the team.
