Your Profile
- Design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, breakdowns, and data collectors.
- Configure PA widgets, scorecards, and timeseries analytics aligned with business KPIs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting and KPI requirements and translate them into effective PA solutions.
- Integrate PA with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
- Develop and automate PA jobs, data collection workflows, and scheduled scripts.
Your Role
- Minimum 6-9 Years of Experience and 3-4 years in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of ITSM and Security Operations modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability).
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA definitions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API for advanced customization.
