Job Description

  • Design and develop mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.
  • Implement and configure mobile app configurations, navigation, and branding within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners and UX/UI designers to ensure a responsive and intuitive mobile user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow mobile apps with platform features (Forms, Lists, Notifications, Approvals, etc.).
  • Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • ServiceNow development experience, with hands-on experience in Now Mobile and Mobile Agent app configuration.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), and integrations.
  • Familiarity with UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and REST APIs in the context of mobile.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably ServiceNow CAD certified
