Install, upgrade, and configure using IBM tools

Requirements & Qualifications

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience

Experience with ITSM integration and CSM

Must be comfortable with an in-office setup and client interviews

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of ITSM & CSM integration

Familiarity with IBM tools for system management
