Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Lead

Location: Pan India

Experience: 7 12 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform along with leadership capabilities to manage design, development, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution workshops, and business process mapping.
  • Architect scalable and optimized SPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, review code, and guide development teams.
  • Configure and customize SPM capabilities including:
  • Demand Management
  • Resource Management
  • Financial Planning
  • Investment Funding
  • Portfolio Management
  • Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with PMO teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support release planning, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 712 years of total IT experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years of experience working on ServiceNow SPM.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Flow Designer
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • IntegrationHub
  • Experience in Agile methodology and SDLC.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level implementations.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (Preferred)
  • ITIL Certification (Good to have)
