Key Responsibilities
- Define SPM architecture and roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Lead implementation of Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management modules
- Design financial planning, budgeting, and cost tracking models
- Establish governance frameworks for portfolio management
- Drive Agile and hybrid project execution models
- Develop dashboards and reports for executive decision-making
- Integrate ServiceNow with financial and project management tools
- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance
- Review technical designs and configurations
- Mentor developers and functional consultants
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in SPM / ITBM / PPM modules
- Strong understanding of portfolio and project management processes
- Experience with financial planning and resource management
- Strong architecture and solution design experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, Glide APIs
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Experience in large-scale implementations
