Your role
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Customize applications using workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, and other platform features.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, service catalogs, and automated processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability and performance.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow roles, ACLs, authentication, and security best practices.
Your profile
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Flow Designer, Update Sets).
- Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting APIs, and data modeling.
