Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Maintain and support existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system design specifications and user guides.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-16 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Security model and access controls.
- Ability to create and manage ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
