Candidate must have CAD, CSA certificate ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD)
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational and business requirements.
- Write, review, and maintain code to expand and enhance platform functionality.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure that all solutions follow platform best practices and are scalable and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and performance problems within the platform.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow enhancements and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, modules, and UI components within ServiceNow.
- Write server-side and client-side scripts such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
