Exp- 10+ years
10+ years in CMDB / Configuration Management / ITOM roles
5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
Strong expertise in:
o CSDM framework
o Service Mapping
o Discovery
o Service Graph Connectors
o CI normalization and reconciliation
Experience building CMDB for:
o Hybrid cloud environments
o Enterprise-scale infrastructure
o Business applications
Strong understanding of:
o ITSM processes
o ITOM
o AIOps and observability
Experience running CMDB
governance and certification programs
