Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow modules such asITAM, (HAM/SAM), TSOM
- Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.
- Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation.
- Client Engagement & Solutioning:
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
- Development & Integration:
- Perform hands-on development and configuration.
- Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
- Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints
- Testing & Deployment:
- Plan and coordinate testing phases.
- Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background.
- Hands-on experience withITOM modules(Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.).
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
- Experience withcloud integrations(AWS, Azure, GCP).
- CIS-ITOM certificationis highly preferred.
- Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus.
