Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical development skills, infrastructure knowledge, integration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with application and infrastructure teams

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow ITOM Development

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Implement and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB capabilities.
• Configure and manage MID Servers.
• Customize and develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Patterns, Probes, and Sensors.
• Build and maintain Service Maps by collaborating with application teams.

Discovery & CMDB Management

• Configure Discovery Schedules and troubleshoot discovery-related issues.
• Implement Cloud Discovery and Tag-Based Discovery.
• Maintain CMDB health and data integrity.
• Configure and customize Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.
