Role - ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB solutions.
• Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance through best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, cloud, and third-party tools.
• Develop and maintain automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ITOM components.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• ServiceNow Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB Management
• MID Server Administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
