ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Specialist-

• Manage, co-ordinate and oversee day-to-day Discovery operations - for On-premises and Cloud infrastructure
• Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery, onboarding new network segments and ensuring accurate device identification and CMDB population.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues, including failed scans, credential problems, MID Server issues, and connectivity challenges.
• Administer Discovery schedules, IP ranges, exclusion lists, and performance tuning to optimize coverage, reliability, and data quality.
• Develop, discover, maintain custom discovery patterns end-to-end using Pattern Designer, extending out-of-box patterns for unsupported or bespoke technologies.
