Ensures accuracy of IT hardware asset records related to stocks of customer specific inventory and previously deployed IT hardware assets which are classified as excess inventory.
Analyzes IT hardware asset attributes obtained via Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) or supplier shipping reports, physical goods receiving and change implementation to ensure minimum IT hardware data attributes are available to create or modify IT hardware asset record.
Liaising with the security teams to manually collect Hardware deployment data w.r.t the highly secured zones, militarized zones on which agent deployment is not possible
Gathering the stock data from stock managers
Creating contracts and purchase order entries within the tool
Support HAM implementation activities like Process assessment, User story creation and process flow design
