Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer

Experience: 8+ Years (ServiceNow IRM Development)

Role Summary

• Experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM),
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and
• Audit Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and
• implementing scalable IRM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and
• Business Continuity Management modules.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Integrations.
• Configure indicators, controls, risk statements, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level risk metrics.
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.

• Experience working in regulated industries and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
