Job Description: Lead ServiceNow Developer – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer specializing in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions that strengthen the organization's governance, risk management, compliance, audit, and security processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of architecture, design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring and enhancing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) applications, including solution customization to support governance, risk, compliance and audit processes.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and platform customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Service Portal development within ServiceNow.
