What will your role look like
- Configure and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions with a focus on Policy & Compliance.
- Perform initial setup, configuration, and customization of IRM modules based on business requirements.
- Configure entity scoping, controls, control objectives, and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational governance models.
- Import and manage custom controls, compliance documents, and governance artifacts within the IRM platform.
- Customize and enhance out-of-the-box reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet compliance and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to design scalable and compliant solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment activities, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in Policy & Compliance modules.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC Architecture and Entity Scoping.
- Experience customizing Controls, Control Objectives, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- Experience in configuring reports, dashboards, and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow IRM / GRC Certification
Good-to-have skills
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance transformation programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit processes.
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform integrations and automation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
