Job Role:-ServiceNow IRM Consultant
Job Location:-Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai
Experience:-4-8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:-- Implement and support ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules including Risk, Policy, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Resilience, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM.
- Design and configure workflows, automations, and integrations using APIs, web services, and connectors.
- Develop and customize Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and scoped applications.
- Manage deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to define epics, user stories, and solution designs.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
Required Skills:-- 48 years of relevant ServiceNow experience with strong exposure to IRM modules.
- Hands-on scripting and customization expertise.
- Experience with integrations and product automation.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ecosystem.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:-- Experience in IRM / Security Operations implementations (Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, SIR, VR).
- Exposure to ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- CIS Certifications (Risk & Compliance, SIR, TPRM, VR).
- Knowledge of GRC tools such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.
Qualifications:-- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications preferred (not mandatory).
- Must be prepared for a live case study and hands-on scripting evaluation.
