Test Planning & Strategy: Develop detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts for ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center Pro modules. Define test entry/exit criteria, regression scope, and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). Identify testing gaps and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Test Execution: Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing. Validate workflows, routing logic, notifications, form behaviors, roles and permissions, and Employee Center experiences. Test integrations with external systems such as Workday, UKG, Azure AD, Okta, Payroll systems, and eSign tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
Test Automation (ATF): Create, maintain, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and suites. Ensure automation coverage for critical workflows and regression cycles. Troubleshoot automation failures and continuously improve ATF scripts.
Defect Management & Reporting: Log defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity classification. Participate in defect triage, retesting, and validation of fixes. Maintain QA dashboards, metrics, daily status reports, and release-level test reports.
UAT Coordination: Support UAT planning, script creation, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Guide business users during UAT cycles and ensure readiness for business sign-off.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, RTM, and Test Closure Reports. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, audit requirements, and data privacy guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with onsite teams for requirement clarification and functional walkthroughs. Work closely with developers, business analysts, process consultants, and solution architects. Participate in daily stand-ups, QA sync meetings, and release readiness reviews.
