Job Description

5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform across multiple applications (ITSM or HRSD modules)
Hands-on experience with Process Automation Designer and Playbook
Over 5 years of IT experience covering various roles in the SDLC
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow features including App Engine Studio
3+ years of experience in developing customized ServiceNow portals and widgets
Capable of designing and implementing complex portal pages and debugging portal/widget-related issues
Extensive hands-on experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, NodeJS, and ServiceNow scripting
Proficient in UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Widgets, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Workspace, Workflows, Flow Designers, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Performance Analytics
Strong background in using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets in Service Portals
Familiar with Application Development, App Designer, and Application Scope Access Controls
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience with UI Scripts, UI Policies, Variables, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX
Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs and best practices
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Certified Application Developer
Experience integrating ServiceNow with high-security external applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-driven and able to work independently in Agile environments
Familiarity with Agile execution methodologies, ceremonies, and development lifecycle processes
