Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD applications .
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) , workflows, and integrations.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM/HR best practices .
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery.
