ServiceNow HRSD Developer

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Develop integrations and APIs within the ServiceNow platform

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions

Mentor and support team members while promoting knowledge sharing

Required Skills

️ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)

️ Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization

️ Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow development

️ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
