Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRSD Implementation: Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules in alignment with business and HR requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and automate HR processes to improve service delivery efficiency and employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business stakeholders, HR system administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Platform Customization: Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI components within ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Integration: Support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Testing & Deployment: Participate in unit testing, system testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.
  • Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create technical and functional documentation and support knowledge transfer to support teams.
